This Privacy Policy describes how Senseisoft LLC ("Senseisoft," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information in connection with the Teagram service (the "Service"), which provides a bridge between Microsoft Teams and Telegram. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the Service immediately.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide and operate the Service:
- Subscription entitlement. Subscriptions are managed entirely through the Microsoft commercial marketplace. We do not collect, store, or process any payment information or billing data. We receive only a signal from Microsoft indicating whether a given Microsoft Teams tenant ID has an active entitlement to the Service.
- Account identifiers. We store the Microsoft Teams tenant ID and the Telegram user ID or group ID associated with each active Connection, solely to route messages correctly between the two platforms.
- Connection configuration. We store per-connection settings (e.g., relay direction, enabled features) that you configure through the Teagram Admin tab.
- Technical and operational logs. We may retain server-side logs containing timestamps, error codes, and non-message metadata (e.g., message delivery status) for a rolling period not exceeding 30 days, for the purpose of debugging and service reliability.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not read, cache, log, or otherwise persist the content of any messages or files transmitted through the Service. After our software forwards a message or file from Teams to Telegram (or vice versa), that content is not retained on our servers. We do not collect names, profile photographs, or other personal attributes of individual end-users unless such information is contained in an account identifier listed above.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected solely to:
- Provision, operate, and maintain the Service;
- Authenticate your account and enforce subscription entitlements;
- Detect, investigate, and remediate technical errors or abuse; and
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not use your information for advertising, behavioral profiling, or any purpose other than providing you the Service.
4. Disclosure of Information
We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties, except in the following limited circumstances:
- Legal compliance. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or governmental authority, or if we reasonably believe such disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, enforce our Terms of Service, or prevent harm.
- Business transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of Senseisoft's assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain account and configuration data for the duration of your active subscription. Upon expiration or cancellation of your subscription, your account data and all associated configuration will be automatically and permanently deleted within thirty (30) days. Billing records required for legal or accounting purposes may be retained for the period mandated by applicable law.
If you require immediate deletion of your data prior to the scheduled removal period, please contact us and we will accommodate your request within a reasonable time.
6. Security
All communications between the Service and Microsoft Teams, Telegram, and MS Marketplace are encrypted using industry-standard TLS/SSL protocols. We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect the information we hold against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
This website does not use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, or any other tracking or analytics technologies. No third-party analytics scripts are loaded on any page of this website.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
9. International Data Transfers
Teagram servers are located in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers. We take steps reasonably necessary to ensure your information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy wherever it is processed.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights with respect to your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of data we hold about you, or to restrict or object to certain processing activities.
